Voyazen basics
What is Voyazen?
Voyazen is a structured trip planner. You tell it where you're going and when, and it produces a day-by-day itinerary that fits real-world pacing: opening hours, travel time between places, and the kind of trip you said you wanted.
What kind of trips does it plan?
Single-city trips, anywhere from a long weekend to a couple of weeks. The planner is built around a clear destination and date range, with optional anchors for hotel and flight context.
Multi-city itineraries, road-trip style routing, group-preference modelling, and weather-aware planning are not part of v1.
Planning and generation
How does the planner generate an itinerary?
You provide the destination, dates, party size, and a few preferences (interests, pace, budget posture, optional must-haves). The planner queries provider data for places that fit, then orders them into days using deterministic pacing rules.
The same inputs always produce the same canonical itinerary. Editing a place, swapping a day, or regenerating after a change re-runs the pacing rules against your latest inputs. It does not introduce randomness behind your back.
Why doesn't Voyazen book flights and hotels for me?
Voyazen is an itinerary planner, not a booking engine. We surface hotel and flight context so the trip pacing makes sense around arrival and departure, but the actual booking happens on whichever site you prefer. This keeps the planner focused on what it's good at and avoids tying you to a single booking provider.
Can I edit the generated itinerary?
Yes. You can rename a trip, add or remove places on a given day, swap days, change anchor hotels and flights, and regenerate the trip from your latest inputs. Each edit is owner-scoped and only affects your copy of the trip.
Optional display-only content (per-place descriptions, day summaries, country tips) is generated separately and persisted so your itinerary stays stable.
What does Voyazen Pro unlock?
Pro is planned for the post-launch window and will gate the advanced planner tools you can already see in the sidebar (hotel and flight search, day optimisation, price watch). Payments and billing are not live yet; the existing "Upgrade to Pro" buttons take you to the placeholder billing section in your settings.
Account and data
Is my trip data shared with anyone?
No. Trips are private by default. Whole-trip sharing with viewer and commentor roles is on the roadmap but not yet live; until it ships, only you can see your saved trips. See the privacy policy for the full picture of what we collect and how we use it. privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings to Data and account. Account deletion removes your trips, drafts, sessions, and saved preferences. If you need a different email, delete your account and re-register. Account email is fixed after registration.
