Terms of service
Last updated 2026-05-08.
These terms govern your use of Voyazen. By creating an account or otherwise using the planner, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Account and access
You are responsible for the credentials you choose at sign-up and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your password secret, use a strong one, and revoke any device sessions you do not recognise from your settings panel.
You may sign up with a personal email, or sign in with Google. If you sign in with Google for an email that already has a Voyazen account, we ask you to confirm linking the two; once linked, either method works for that account. You can disconnect Google at any time from your settings, provided your account still has a password set.
Account email is fixed after registration; if you need a different email, delete your account and re-register.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Voyazen for personal trip planning. You may not:
- use the service to abuse, harass, or impersonate other users,
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or otherwise abuse the API beyond reasonable personal use,
- upload content you do not have the right to share, including the personal data of travel companions who have not agreed to it being entered into the planner,
- use the service to violate the law or to plan activities that do.
Trip output is advisory
Voyazen produces structured itinerary suggestions based on the destination, dates, and preferences you supply. Itineraries are deterministic for a given set of inputs and are not bookings. We do not reserve transport, accommodation, or activities on your behalf.
You are responsible for confirming opening hours, ticketing, transit schedules, visa requirements, weather, and any other real-world constraint before relying on a trip. Voyazen makes no guarantee about the availability, price, or accuracy of any place, hotel, flight, or activity surfaced through the planner.
Third-party content and providers
To produce a useful itinerary, Voyazen queries external providers for place data, photos, routes, hotels, flights, and optional display-only descriptive content. Each provider is governed by its own terms. Their content is shown to you in context but is not endorsed by Voyazen, and we do not control its accuracy, availability, or pricing.
When a provider becomes unavailable, the corresponding surface in the planner degrades honestly. We do not invent substitute content to fill the gap.
Intellectual property
The Voyazen name, brand, interface, and underlying code remain the property of Voyazen. You retain ownership of the trip notes, refinements, and any other content you supply. By generating a trip you grant Voyazen the limited rights needed to store, display, and regenerate it for you within the product.
You may export your trips at any time. Exporting does not transfer third-party content (place photos, provider descriptions, route imagery) beyond what their providers’ terms allow.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, abuse the service, or threaten the safety of other users.
On termination, your trips, drafts, sessions, and saved preferences are removed. Operational logs are retained for a short rolling window for reliability and abuse-prevention purposes, then discarded.
